Je cherche à rencontrer plein de nouvelles personnes formidables, et peut-être même quelqu’un pour m’aider à traduire mes ateliers gratuits (masterclass) ainsi que les échanges que je compte avoir ; en effet, je propose de manière informelle des ateliers à tous ceux qui souhaitent en apprendre davantage sur la notion de temps et de rythme en jouant du didgeridoo.
Cet atelier décortique la musique — quel que soit le genre, le tempo, etc. — et vous permet de jouer en direct avec des groupes ou d’autres musiciens. Il aide à mieux comprendre les repères rythmiques naturels et la gestion du temps, facilitant ainsi le jeu collectif. Pourquoi proposer cet atelier plutôt qu’un autre parmi tant de possibilités ?
Parce que celui-ci aide vraiment les gens à jouer avec les autres. Je possède plus de 40 ans d’expérience dans la création de sons et de musiques au didgeridoo pour les jeux vidéo, la radio, la télévision, des milliers de concerts et d’albums, ainsi que dans l’enseignement scolaire, la fabrication d’instruments, les médias numériques et la co-création de la marque de didgeridoos à coulisse SOTA.
Je n’ai pas réussi à obtenir de stand cette année pour avoir un point de rencontre fixe. Je me déplacerai donc avec quelques modèles SOTA de nouvelle génération que j’apporte pour que chacun puisse les essayer. Je viens principalement pour réaliser des vidéos de musiciens destinées aux réseaux sociaux de la marque, et je serais ravi de rencontrer des personnes prêtes à m’aider à en créer de nouvelles.
Il m’a fallu 16 ans pour réussir à venir à ce festival, après de nombreuses tentatives. Cette année, j’ai même décalé d’une semaine le festival britannique « Singing Sticks » (que j’organise depuis 17 ans) pour pouvoir être présent ici.
Ma vie tourne autour du didgeridoo ; je suis également l’organisateur du festival britannique « Singing Sticks », dédié à cet instrument.
J’ai beaucoup de compétences et de connaissances à partager si quelqu’un souhaite en profiter !
J’ai hâte de rencontrer ma nouvelle famille française.

The workshop breaks down music of almost any music genre, speed etc and allows you to play with bands or other music live, the workshop helps you to better understand natural beat markers and timing which allows you to play with others.Why do i offer this workshop as opposed to the many others i could offer?
Because this one really helps people to play with others and i have over 40+ years of creating didgeridoo sounds / music for games, radio, tv, 1000,s of live performances, music albums, teaching in schools, making the instruments, digital media and being the co creator of the SOTA slide didgeridoo brand.
I was not able to secure a market trade stand this year to offer a static location to meet people from. I will be wandering around with a few new generation of SOTA,s im bringing with me for anyone to try out, I am primarily coming to make some new players videos for the brands socials and would appreciate meeting any people that are happy to help me create some new ones.
Its taken me 16 years to get to this festival as ive tried many times to come. This year I moved the UK singing sticks didgeridoo festival back one week to allow me to come to this year.
My life has been based around the didgeridoo and i am also the organiser of the Singing Sticks UK didgeridoo festival which has been running for 17 years
I have a lot of skills and knowledge to offer should anyone wish to tap into them!
